True productivity involves focusing on the right tasks.
This part of the training will boost your basic planning skills and help you identify the right tasks so that you can work smarter, not just harder.
Part 2:
Energy
Effectively managing your energy is the second part of the productivity puzzle and is crucial for productivity.
Energy fuels our work and, like attention, it can be directed to enhance output.
Poor energy management can result in fatigue and stress.
Fortunately, there are numerous ways to manage your energy more productively.
This part of the training provides tactics for cultivating your energy levels and suggestions for recharging, especially when you're pressed for time.
Part 3:
Attention
The better you focus, the less time you need to spend on work, and the more productive you become.
The most productive people also manage their attention, through eliminating distractions, simplifying their work, and developing laser-like focus.
As information workers of today, we do the heavy lifting with our brains, rather than with our bodies, and our productivity relies on the quality of attention we bring to it.
This part of the training helps you eliminate your distractions and interruptions, and guides you to focus better and more deeply on your work.
